Hi! My enter button keycap on my Apex M800 has broken (the 4 small plastic pieces that holds the keycap in place on the switch) I wrote to the support but they told me 'Unfortunately we do not have this specific replacement part available. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We provide replacement parts free of charge as a courtesy to our customers and try as hard as we can to have as many parts as we can. However, due to the amount of unique products we produce, it is not possible for us to stock everything.'
Is it not possible to get a new keycap anymore?
